When hiring any goods, products and other services, You, the hirer, will be responsible whilst hiring this equipment, and ensure that all possible steps are taken to avoid injury or damage to it.
2.Please ensure all safety instructions and guides are followed. You will need to read, agree and sign this disclaimer to progress with your booking. Please remember to keep a copy for your reference.
3.The equipment has an age restriction as specified below. Please ensure no-one under this age uses the equipment at any time. Please ensure that a responsible adult supervises the equipment at all times.
4.Shoes, glasses, sunglasses, jewellery, badges etc. must be removed before using the equipment. No face paint, or nail varnish to be used on or near the equipment. No smoking near the equipment. Keep all products/goods away from fire, candles and sources of ignition. No pets are allowed on the equipment.
5.Climbing, hanging or sitting on the walls of the equipment must not be allowed as this may cause injury. Food and drink are allowed inside our tents but we ask you to be careful as permanent damage will need to be paid for.
6.Always ensure the equipment is not over-crowded and limit numbers according to the age and size of the persons using it.
7.Ensure users are not pushing, colliding, fighting or behaving in such a manner as to risk injury or cause distress to others, or damage the equipment.
8.No sharp instruments are allowed on, in or around the equipment. No running around the Tents. Do not allow anyone to bounce or jump in the Tents. Ensure that no-one uses the equipment if they are feeling unwell.
9.During set-up and take down of the equipment, do not allow anyone on or in the equipment as this may cause injury. The set-up and take down of equipment must only be performed by a member of Once Upon a Sleepover. Tampering is strictly forbidden of any equipment/products at any time by children. The equipment should not be used if it becomes wet. The individual Tents are not suitable for outside use and are for indoor use only. All equipment/products are not suitable for children under 36 months
10.Please note: a damaged goods invoice will be issued in the event of any loss or damage, the hirer will be liable to pay the invoice and accepts this fact upon signing these terms & conditions.
11.All event bookings require a deposit to hold the date. This deposit will be taken off the balance of the event booking. If, unfortunately your event is cancelled, we will rebook, if there is an alternative date available, and provided it is not too close to the party date when cancelled, endeavour to offer a change of event date. Please note all deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. If, unfortunately, a guest and/or guests fail to attend your event, regardless whether notice is given or not, prior to, or on the event date, Once Upon a Sleepover is unable to offer a reduction in the balance once the deposit has been paid.
12.The hiring of equipment is on a first to book basis. To secure your booking the deposit needs to be paid by the date given and an original terms and conditions form is to be signed and returned to Once Upon a Sleepover. The outstanding balance is to be paid in full on day of Delivery prior to setup.
13.Orders for personalised products from the party accessories range must be placed 14 days in advance of the event and paid in full on the date of order.
14.Prices are subject to change but the price when booking will be honoured.

We, the company, cannot be held responsible for the safe consumption, or any issues resulting from food allergies. It is your responsibility to check all food labelling and that it is suitable and safe for the consumption of guests with allergies and/or intolerances.
Please note that all persons using this equipment do so at their own risk.
The person/organisation hiring this equipment will be responsible and liable for any damage or injury occurring from, or as a result of misuse or reckless use. These guidelines are for the safety of all people using this equipment, and it is the sole responsibility of the hirer to ensure they are fully adhered to at all times. By signing this disclaimer, you, the hirer, accept sole responsibility for the safety of all persons using this equipment and agree to ensure it is supervised at all times by either you, or a responsible adult, and by signing this form you accept full liability for any injury occurring from misuse or reckless use. We, the company, cannot be held responsible for any injury caused to anyone using this equipment.
I have read the above agreement and fully understand and accept the conditions. I understand I am fully responsible and will pay for any loss or damage that may occur, this will include that all equipment/goods are returned in an acceptable condition. I will check and ensure that I am happy with the condition and set-up of the Tents and equipment before the staff member from Once Upon a Sleepover leaves the premises.
By returning a completed booking form I hereby confirm that I have read and understood the terms and conditions as listed above and agree to hire the equipment from Once Upon a Sleepover.
